Chocolate Pastry Biscuit

Hello! (.❛ ᴗ ❛.)

This is my puff pastry plating. I used a snack from Genji for the pastry biscuit. Then for the decoration, I used chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and mint leaves as a garnish. 

I brushed the plate with chocolate sauce and shaped the whipped cream using two spoons.

I hope this arrangement is alright... (´･ᴗ･ ` )
