The theme for today's practicum class is puff pastry. I choose croissant and I sliced it because the croissant was too big for my plate. I add topping with honey syrup and whipped cream then topped with mint leaves.
Plain croissant with honey and whipped cream is a good combination. It's not too sweet, I really like it.
Ah, I'd like to tell you that my dad started to plant some mint trees at home. I'm surprised it grows really well. The mint leaves below are from my dad's plant ( 'o' )
